Our process

Unlike other agencies, we only work on campaigns from brands who are looking to find long-term partners and believe this approach is more effective for both creators and brands.

Invite to join test campaign

Our team will contact you to see if you're interested in a particular campaign. You're in complete control and we want to foster long term partnerships, so we encourage you to only express interest with brands you have a genuine affinity towards.

Review the contract and brief

Once we've agreed terms and had you approved by our brand client, we'll send you our contract and brief to review and agree. The contract is there to protect your interests as well and ensure you are paid for your work.

Produce your video and submit for approval

We trust your creative expertise and won't ask you to submit any ideas or treatment before filming - we know you understand your audience much better than we or the brand do. We just need to see the finished video for approval once it's ready.

Go live & get paid

Once your content is published, our internal system will automatically track the videos and schedule payment to be made. We use an international payments system to pay you via your preferred payment method and desired currency.

Review performance for long-term offer

We'll review the performance of the test campaign alongside the brand to see if it makes sense to continue working with you over a longer term. We're focused on long-term partnerships and are motivated to provide these offers to you.

Creator FAQ

How can I sign up?

We're an invite only agency, meaning we don't have an open application or sign up form for creators. This is to ensure we are actively using only the best and most suitable creators that meet the individual requirements of our brand clients.

Where can I apply for your campaigns?

As we're an invite only agency, we hand select creators to manually invite to any campaigns we're actively working on.

We believe this is a better and more efficient process for everyone involved, as some of our brands have very specific requirements.

I have a manager/agent, can I still work with you?

Yes, absolutely! Whilst we are most passionate about supporting independent creators, we also work productively with many management companies and talent agencies.

How big does my channel need to be to work with you?

We typically can only work with channels that have a minimum average of 20,000 views per video.

Whilst we do consider lower for some campaigns, along with a number of other factors, this is typically the baseline.

When and how will I get paid?

Unless specified otherwise in our campaign contract, our standard payment terms are 35 days following the end of the campaign month.

We use a global payment platform that provides several different options from bank wire to PayPal, and can even pay you in our local currency.

Do you only work with YouTube creators?

Yes, we are a YouTube-only marketing agency and do not work on any campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch, Facebook or other platform.

We believe YouTube is the best platform and ecosystem for creators to build an audience, and thus can provide the best opportunities for brands looking to reach this audience.

What type of brands do you work with?

We work with brands that cover a wide range of categories - we are not focused or specific for any single genre.

Our only rule is to only work with brands who are interested in partnering with creators over a long-term period, as we believe this is the best way for creators and brands to work together.

Do you have sponsors for YouTube Shorts?

Not yet, currently we only have sponsorship opportunities for long form content on YouTube but this may change in the future. We're extremely excited about the growth and potential opportunities that YouTube Shorts may bring for creators and brands.
